How can I pay?

We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay through PayPal, the world's premier electronic payment solution, not through this site. We never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your stuff. We get your money through PayPal later.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.

Returns and exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery

All shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping would also be your responsibility. I will work with you to the best of my ability to resolve any conflicts.

I accept cancellations within 24-hours of order compeltion.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads

Please keep in mind that once an item is shipped it's no longer under my control what happens to them. I do package things very carefully keeping in mind that things get jostled around while shipping.

If you would like shipping insurance on an item you must request it before or when you order. (This doesn't apply to priority packages as they now come with insurance automatically up to $100.)

Shipping

In stock items ship within 3-5 days of order confirmation. 

Made to order items ship within 1-2 weeks of order confirmation. 

Premium art prints ship within 1-2 weeks of order confirmation. 

Although this is the standard ship by date if there is a large influx of orders your shipping may be delayed slightly, but this rarely is a problem! I will always try and inform you if there will be a delay on any orders.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: For any items shipped internationally any customs charged on an order will be the responsibility of the customer.

Any items returned from the post office can be re-shipped at the customer's expense.*

When an item is made to order please remember that it may vary slightly from the image that's shown in the listing. If you want photos of the item before it is shipped please request that when ordering.

Customization of Listed Items:
I can do a custom version of most items I sell in my shop, if you want this please contact me before ordering. (Modifications can include things like lining a box with fabric, text added to an item, or more)
